Olakunle Alani Ojerinde

Olakunle is a distinguished finance professional and chartered accountant with over two decades of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, internal control, and financial reporting across the insurance and banking sectors.
A graduate of Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Ede (2000), Olakunle became a chartered accountant (ACA) in 2009 and achieved fellowship status (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2021. He also holds associate membership with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACIT, 2015).

Olakunle began his career as a graduate trainee at Adenusi & Co (Chartered Accountants) in Abuja, where he developed a solid foundation in auditing and financial analysis. He subsequently advanced through key roles, including Branch Accountant at Niacon Insurance, Head of Internal Control at Splendid Microfinance Bank, and Head of Reporting at Fin Insurance Company Limited. His leadership skills were further demonstrated as the Abuja Office Head for Sam Olatunde Alagbe & Co (Chartered Accountants).

Currently, Olakunle serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Crown Takaful Insurance Limited, where he leverages his extensive expertise to drive financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Known for his analytical acumen, ethical standards, and strategic insight, Olakunle is dedicated to delivering value and fostering sustainable financial practices in every organization he serves.
