Amina Aminu Bakori,

Amina Aminu Bakori holds a master's degree in law (LLM) from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree on Islamic and Common law from Bayero University, Kano. Additionally, she is a student member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and registered with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN), underscoring her dedication to industry standards and ethical practices.

Amina is a seasoned Corporate Law practitioner and Takaful Company Secretary in the insurance industry with nearly a decade of comprehensive experience in corporate governance, financial literacy, compliance, litigation, and data protection management. 

Before joining Crown Takaful Insurance Limited in 2024, she concurrently held the positions of Company Secretary, Head of the Legal Department, Compliance Officer, and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Hilal Takaful Nigeria Limited, showcasing her multifaceted skill set and ability to manage complex responsibilities efficiently.

Prior to this, Amina served as an Associate at Ibrahim Bawa and Associates, where she gained extensive experience in corporate practice, legal consultations, and litigation. Her responsibilities encompassed a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, legal frameworks, and managing litigious matters across common and Islamic law jurisdictions on both civil and criminal matters.
