A Post Graduate Diploma of Management from Nigeria Defence Academy Kaduna, A graduate of Marketing from the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa. He obtained Advanced and Professional Certificate in Marketing from Kaduna Polytechnic and has participated in various technical professional trainings. 

Johnson Adaviruku Jacob, a seasoned Underwriter/Individual, has a broad and in-depth technical knowledge of the Insurance industry and has served with High rated underwriting companies for over 20 years both in Marketing and Technical with a greater part of this at Managerial level with Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc where he headed Motor and Marine Unit (Underwriting), He was also Branch Manager at FIN Insurance Co & Guinea Insurance Plc both in Kaduna. He also worked at Guaranty Trust Assurance Plc now AXA Mansard Insurance Plc as Underwriter, Claim Administrator and Direct Sales Manager, and had a short stint with ARM Life as Unit Manager.

Before joining Crown Takaful, he was Head of Operations at TRUSTLAND Insurance Brokers Limited where he oversaw the day to day running of the firm. He is a Student Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
